disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a

judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our
application.

Links
XMWeb™ contains links to other third party sites in certain locations.
Please be aware that we, XMWeb Ltd, are not responsible for the privacy
practices of such other sites. We encourage our users to be aware when
they leave XMWeb™ and to read the privacy statements of each and every
Web site that collects personally identifiable information. This privacy
policy applies solely to information collected by XMWeb™.
Security
XMWeb Ltd takes every precaution to protect our users’ information.
When users submit sensitive information via XMWeb™, their information
is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information
(such as mobile phone number, etc), that information is encrypted and
is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL.
While on a secure page, which is 95% of the pages within XMWeb™, the
lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Netscape Navigator, FireFox and
Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked,
or open, when users are just “surfing”.
Definition of SSL - Encryption is used after your data has left your
internal system. Encryption renders your data unreadable using a
mathematical formulae known as the key. Your data is turned back into
readable form, i.e. deciphered, by applying the correct key.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online,
we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line.
All of our users’ information, not just the sensitive information mentioned
above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the
information to perform a specific job (for example, our customer service
representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information.
Our employees must use password-protected screen-savers when they leave
their desk. When they return, they must re-enter their password to
re-gain access to user information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept
up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every six months,
as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified
and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what
they can do to ensure our users’ information is protected. Finally,
the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a
secure environment, behind a locked cage in a locked facility.
Further, XMWeb™ will automatically log users out of the system if they
have been idle for sixty minutes or for a user defined period of time (they
have not accessed any pages for sixty minutes). If a page is accessed
by a user after they have been timed out then the user will automatically
be returned to the log on screen.
If users have any questions about the security at our Web site, users
can send an email to security@xmweb.com
Updating/Deleting Personal Information
If a user’s personally identifiable information changes (such as user id,
phone, email or mobile number), or if a user ceases using XMWeb™, then
we provide a way to correct, update or delete/deactivate users’ personally
identifiable information. This can usually be done in the user administration
function.
Notification of Changes
We reserve the right to modify or supplement this Privacy Policy statement
at any time. If we make any material change, we will post a notice on
XMWeb's home page with a link to the updated policy statement. Please read
any such notice and the new policy statement. Your continued use of XMWeb
after we post such notice will constitute your acceptance of the new terms
and their application to your use of XMWeb™ and the information disclosed
for such use, including information previously furnished to us, as if they
were the initial terms.
Where applicable the license agreement with our clients will take precedence
to this statement.
