“XMWeb Signs another Tier One Investment Bank to its Client Management
Application”
XMWeb, a leading provider of client management software for the Financial Services
industry, has signed another tier one investment bank to use its flagship client
management application – also called XMWeb™ - which makes a clean sweep of the ‘back office’
by improving service levels and managing clients throughout their life cycle.
The European-headquartered bank, which cannot be named for security reasons, joins
another tier one bank which is already using the XMWeb application to accumulate and
share client data, remove cumbersome processes, and improve its client relationships.

Over the past few years client management has grown in importance. No longer is
providing client service the sole responsibility of the front office in
Financial Services organisations, but now it is seen as necessary for the entire
organisation to provide excellent client service in order to retain and assist

XMWeb Ltd announces the release of XMWeb™ Mobile. Providing financial services
organisations of all sizes with access to their client information through
their PDA or Mobile phone. Users can now view and update issues created by them
or assigned to them, access contact details, and even e-mail their contacts
whilst they are on the move - all through their mobile phone.
“XMWeb™ already improves the efficiencies of organisations and individuals by
capturing detailed information and providing mobility to staff” said Andrew
Mills, the Managing Director of XMWeb Ltd. “However with the release of XMWeb™
Mobile we now truly cover the three key areas for individuals outside of the

address the unique needs of the financial industry. Currently under development
are versions for the recruitment, legal and risk management industries.
